  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the time to another client.


  • Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever we have availability. However, we recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp or Instagram to secure your preferred service and appointment time.

  • Yes, we accept several payment methods. You can pay by cash, bank card (4% processing fee), QRIS (1% processing fee), or bank transfer with no additional fee.

  • Yes, we offer 4-hand manicure and pedicure or another two service appointments, allowing you to enjoy both services at the same time. This is a convenient option if you would like to save time while still receiving the same careful, detailed service from our nail technicians. Availability depends on our team schedule, so we recommend booking your 4-hand appointment in advance via WhatsApp or Instagram.

  • Yes. Hygiene and safety are a top priority at Beauty Brands Bali Studio. We follow a 3-step sterilization process for all reusable tools after each client. First, the tools are carefully cleaned and disinfected with 70% alcohol. They are then sterilized in a hot box at 120°C for 30 minutes, followed by an additional 30 minutes in a UV sterilization box.

    Single-use items are never reused. This careful hygiene process helps us maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment for every manicure, pedicure, and beauty treatment.


  • Yes. We offer a 10-day service warranty. If you experience any issues with your nails within 10 days of your appointment, please contact us and send us a photo. We’ll be happy to check it and arrange a repair if needed.
